If you are ready for change and would like to work with me please do not feel your problem is too big or too small to share. It is true, and in my opinion, for some issues Hypnotherapy alone will not be the best support and other therapies or therapists may be more suitable. However please do not be afraid to reach out as if on chatting together we feel that a different approach would be more beneficial I will support you, whilst you decide on the best path for you.
Single Hypnotherapy Session
If you decide you would like to work with me after our free 15 minute consultation. We will book in a session time and date that works for you. On the initial session we will discuss your needs, what you would expect to get out of our sessions together. I will ask you for some personal details, discuss some of your likes and dislikes. We will work on a plan together to start to build change. Close to the end of the session I will perform a short script to allow you to experience what hypnotherapy will feel like for you. I do this to make sure that you are aware of how hypnotherapy will feel for you and are comfortable before we begin our work. I will offer you a PMR digital file to take away with you and ask you to listen to it every night before our next session. This is to make sure you are relaxed and confident and understand how hypnotherapy feels before we start our work together. This helps to reduce the anxiety of the unknown. There is no pressure if you decide for any reason that you do not want to download the file for home use that is also fine.
